Landed a spot at the Big Day Out in 2009, as well as being nominated for an Independent Music Award, an international honour sought after by bands from six continents.
Songs from their EP (Cemetery Forest and Brand New Blinded) have appeared on the ‘Lip Service’ soundtrack; their music has also featured on 'Powercruise' DVDs 14 & 15, as well as BLUNT Magazine's "LOUD NOISES" collection – not to mention garnering airplay on numerous internet and community radio stations nationwide and internationally.
Recently Flowers For Lily have appeared at Brisbane’s “The Valley Transmission”, as well as supporting touring acts Sydonia (Lamb of God/Slipknot tour support band) and TheArt (Marylin Manson Australian tour support band).
Currently recording a fresh new CD with producer Jeff Lovejoy (Powderfinger, Regurgitator) for release in 2010.
