Bio
Childhood friends Joe Byrne and drummer Steve Demiris formed The Bloods back in 1989 as 14 year olds. They went on to form V-Hold in 1995 with fellow musician and vocalist John Mancini playing gigs throughout Perth. After leaving Perth for New Zealand and the UK Demiris played drums for a number of bands including Xanadu, Suicide Speedboats and the now infamous Die!Die!Die! (reuniting with them for the Melbourne Big Day Out 08).
Upon his return in 2006, Demiris and Byrne reformed The Bloods as a 2 piece. After realising they both knew their future Vocalist Sean Gill through entirely separate circumstances, invited him on board.

Nat “Jesus” Andrews joined The Bloods as their Bass player in mid 2007 and, following in the footsteps of his legendary Jazz musician father “Pax” Andrews, turned out to be an accomplished Trumpet player, snippets of which can be heard on the new EP.

The Bloods played their first show as a 4 Piece a week after forming and within 2 months were in the studio recording their debut EP “Undo Re-do”. To show-case the new EP the Bloods will tour the Eastern States in late September at venues throughout Melbourne and Sydney.
On the local front the band will be playing shows at venues around perth and the south-west whilst beginning the recording of their first LP..

"That's where we like to go!" shouts vocalist Sean. Damn catchy little number, with simplistic lyrics that would be well suited to some staggering on the dance floor. Interesting pace in that's a bit slower than you're average punk/dance track. I like it!!

Loving the way that muted trumpet is sitting in the mix, dig the reggae-ish groove too

I really like this song, cool delay effects and dubby vibe.... feels real summery.
