How do I create my MP3 file?

ALL TRACK UPLOADS MUST BE MP3 (not WAV, M4A, AIF etc.)
MP3's must be encoded at a 128bit rate.
Most MP3 application can export to these settings.
If you do not have an application that can do this we recommend you to download iTunes, its free and easy to use.

What format and size images should I upload?

ALL IMAGE UPLOADS MUST BE JPG, GIF or PNG
You can upload any size image, as a rule landscape images will look bigger and better, portait shots will be scaled down to fite the media viewer.
Images should be at least 400x300 pixels (around 100kb) wide and no larger than 1024x768 pixels (around 500kb).
The image you select as your main image will be resized to a thumbnail which will show up in various profile views.
Use JPG for anything photographic, only use GIF or PNG if you know what your doing (ie. for logos or graphics... animated gifs are unlikely to work)

What format and size should my video uploads be?

ALL VIDEO UPLOADS SHOULD BE 333x250 dimension FLV (Flash video) -
( We will also accept H.264, MP4, MPG formatsbut these will take longer to process into FLV's and may not show up for a while.)

Video Compression: no more than 700kbps

Recommended Codec: FLV: ON2 VP6 or Sorenson

Audio Compression: no more than 128 kbps

Your file size should then be between 5Mb - 10Mb.
